1. Very very less pay compared to other IT product based companies 2. Tech stack is very old generally and most networking based work is there. 3. Not a good option to join if you are interested in web domain.

Dislikes

Salary hikes are less compared to other product based companies. Layoffs are planned due to telecom market is volatile. There is no proper roadmap to the developing RAN products.
