Dislikes

Nokia is a failed company. Its shares price is continuously dropping which reflects in the appraisal and salary. Nokia has announced huge job cuts recently. Continuous mid management leadership change and reorg is causing volatile environment. It doesn't have attractive roles and opportunities compared to other software companies

Hi, I have recently joined TCS as a fresher and i am looking to break into data engineering. Previously I was working as a Python developer intern at Nokia(10 months) , but due to the recession I didn't get the PPO. Now at Tcs i have got a support role with low tech involvement. I fear that I might lose my development edge here and won't be able to move into data engineering. I would be grateful for any advice on how I can navigate the situation.
