There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow there is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

Nothing except that you can keep your self busy with work. There is lot to do in Plant activities instead of empty head.

No Salary Structure. No Work ethics. First and foremost, trust of your boss which you would never get.

Nilkamal is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.But there is no growth of salary ,work life.There is no balance of work environment and work life.There is no currect way of training and learning.Very few chance pf job security.

Huge work pressure,no fixed Marketing policy .Ready furniture waranty police are very bad .Promotion opportunity is very less, low incriment no work life balance .
