...submission and scores. I got lots of client appreciations still the hike was 0%. They are okay in letting their employees go if they ask for salary hike. One person is required to do the work of 4 people. Workload is too much and you are at your manager's discretion. If he tells the management you are doing good work you are good even when you don't work at all and if he doesn't like you he will tell the management you aren't good. They would believe him. Bad management. Project managers are biased and only favor the gals who come to office loaded with make up.

Management, Workload, No work life balance, No or very low appraisals, very low salary, too much work. No regards for client feedbacks.

No job security they terminate their employees if they don't get project, No salary hike for contract employees, I am working here for 3 years in contract and they extend contract every month for next month only means you can be fired anytime, They don't tolerate any issue in development, They give you lots of work load, and you can't get time for your career growth and development and work life balance is totally bad. Overall is very bad experience. And the skill you get here are not required in any other company, so I got trapped here not able to switch.

They are not giving the good salary even on experienced employees. Also, late stays are there if you deny the late stay they will reduce your graph and added you on hit list.

Late stays Less Salary No Career Growth Bad Management There are fix time in morning to come office but if you left office on time. It means you are not responsible, you have less work, you are not supportive, you are casual to work.... Etc.

...ob Salaries are not in line with the qualification and qualities of employees. Annually low increment in Salary. No outing for team parties. The Team lead and managers create a very negative environment to work with . Typically it is a 'lala' and 'khon chuso(blood sucker)' company who never thinks of its employee It hired the qualified employee on the basis of technical interview for the non-technical work in the company. By this way, this company is ruining the careers of many employees who have worked here or who are working.

They do yearly party and celebration like xmas and diwali.

... lot of things. Work culture is not good. Old people ruining new employees life. Late stay, low salary, low level of learning, low job security if you are contractual employee. Left place 4 years back.hope they had improvements now.
