At every facet of work team work is a basic requirements.Periodic Training programs are essential for staff development and motivation. Job security is guaranteed in view of the fact that oil and gas production is the economic main stay of Nigeria.Company has career growth part far all levels of staff according to performance and management priority. Salary/Appraisal review are carried out bi-annually by management in concert with workers union. Training is management tool to enhance performance and productivity. Internal politics is essential for human resources management. Learning is essentially fundamental for company growth, productivity and personnel development. Conducive work environment is key to maximum productivity. In our fast growing technological world innovation is a great tool for performance. Work-life balance is management tool to create harmony and balance in the lives of the personnel.
