Salary/Appraisal review are carried out bi-annually by management in concert with workers union. Training is management tool to enhance performance and productivity. Internal politics is essential for human resources management. Learning is essentially fundamental for company growth, productivity and personnel development. Conducive work environment is key to maximum productivity. In our fast growing technological world innovation is a great tool for performance.
