They hired me with a good salary, great hike from my previous salary. Interview process was challenging, multiple rounds, but I was given proper clarity and feedback each time - One of the main reasons I chose to join here despite holding multiple competing offers. Business & Financials wise company looks so stable and always growing.

Dislikes

I was hired for a particular 'Vertical' - which was clumsy as hell, no proper process for anything - CI/CD, Security vulnerability scanning, Deployment process, Quality gates, Testers, Performance testing, etc., - Everything is available for namesake, but nothing implemented properly. Leadership wants to drive success by setting target numbers, Senior Managers plan for unrealistic goals, finally putting pressure on Senior & Junior Engineers. They expect a Senior Engineer to lead a project / module - thus managing a few people (3-6), attend a hell lot of meetings, work with incompetent Release Management team, Respond to production issues or incidents ASAP round the clock, and work for 10 points in a Sprint as per Agile. Agile is huge laugh - since priorities change left & right, Ad-Hoc changes are pulled right in the middle of sprints, and end of PI - you will be bashed in reviews if you do not complete the planned items for the PI. So obviously, Work life balance goes for a toss.

Its good to work on a company culture like this. Work satisfaction is there. Moreover there is job security. Working hours is flexible.

Dislikes

Salary structure can be better and it less than the industry standard. Promotion/Appraisal is also very less or it gets delayed.

Worst toxic workplace , especially EU RD if you placed in this dept ur life will be nightmare worst company the manager Michael is worst even all ops managers are worst they don't now the process and ask associates to maintain kpi worst management no perks & benefits also total I'll give 0.5/5

Salary is paid on time. Global exposure in terms of interaction with external teams but limited.

Dislikes

...m, manipulation by Managers, Seniors Managers etc. Lack of opportunity & growth. Bare minimum salary increment, below industry standards, with no increment sometimes. Excessive office politics. Managers perception of you can make or break your career here.

The culture is absolutely amazing and the projects are absolutely top. Real meaningful work...

Dislikes

The compensation is well below the market average. It's like you compromise on the salary to learn and develop skills, work in amazing projects, job satisfaction and mental health. But this can only be accepted till a certain point.
