Managers can be vague and sometimes unsupportive, terrible appraisals and low salaries, career growth is almost non-existent unless you're an overachiever

Good start for freshers. Decent work-life balance.

Dislikes

Very low pay. Rude colleagues who call themselves seniors because of their tenure, they don't know the basics of the work. The work is just copy-pasting, requires no skill and qualifications. Nobody understand the purpose of doing this. The management is the worst. They are very shady, make fake assurances regarding growth and promotions, target and shame people who speak up or ask for clarity. No efforts taken to retain the top talents. Everyone is leaving and the team will barely make it till the next quarter since it's understaffed and left with people who are good for nothing. When anyone tries to leave due to the above reasons, they are shamed and termed as "job hopper".

Just the compensation offered was good. Rest all dislikes

Dislikes

Constantly laying off people. No respect for people working since 5,10+ years. They offer free lunches and in background laying offs. They have brought GCC in india only to get cheap labour and save money for their larger debt. It’s not the company of same culture as it used to be 5 years ago. They are already a sinking ship. CTO and senior manager expects team to work on weekends for their wrong decisions.

1. The nature of my work. 2. Some sincere teammates and colleagues. 3. Payment of the monthly salary was done on time. 4. The FF settlement was done on time. 5. The HR manager was a wonderfully helpful man.

Dislikes

1. Many vicious teammates, who bullied quiet and hardworking men in the office. 2. Terrible misandry in the editorial team. Female misbehaviour in my team and in other teams was encouraged. 3. A nasty woke culture in the team, which was hell-bent on sexualising everything. 4. Unending hatred for Hindus rooted in dharma. A poisonous clique consisting of Catholic and Mohammedan employees. Misbehaviour of nominally Hindu employees. 5. Unabated gossip-mongering in the team. 6. No respect for hard-working and unassuming men. 7. The dishonesty of a senior female colleague made me suffer financially. The senior management of the team was not honourable. 8. An incestuous ideological relationship prevailed between the Left thought and Abrahamism, which had toxic manifestations. 9. Encouragement of a sadistic culture in the name of women's empowerment and liberation. 10. Mediocre interactions between many colleagues. 11. Almost all the points above were also applicable to the firm Spacebar for which I had worked.
