HCL (Applied Material) vs Alten (Airbus)
Hi Guys, I'm getting an offer from HCL and Alten. Both are providing similar ctc. And both asked to work from the client's location. Just wanted to know which one I should choose considering long term. Having x years of experience and getting 4x.

A Team Lead
Both HCL and Alten offer client-facing roles, but working with Airbus might give you a chance to build a strong network within the aerospace industry.
How important is industry-specific experience to you in the long term? 🤷♂️

If you’re looking for industry-specific expertise, Alten’s Airbus connection might be more aligned with your goals. HCL offers broader opportunities but may not provide the same level of specialization.

Considering chinese aerospace companies making entry to the market and boeing's reputation goes for a nose dive I also think Alten can be a good option. Also airbus is on a hiring spree, there might be chances of getting fulltime with Airbus in 2 3 years down the line. What you guys suggest?

Toxic Work Environment
Hi Everyone.I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. It's just 20 days. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this without losing my p...
