HCL (Applied Material) vs Alten (Airbus)
Hi Guys, I'm getting an offer from HCL and Alten. Both are providing similar ctc. And both asked to work from the client's location. Just wanted to know which one I should choose considering long term. Having x years of experience and getting 4x.

Both HCL and Alten offer client-facing roles, but working with Airbus might give you a chance to build a strong network within the aerospace industry. How important is industry-specific experience to you in the long term? 🤷‍♂️

If you’re looking for industry-specific expertise, Alten’s Airbus connection might be more aligned with your goals. HCL offers broader opportunities but may not provide the same level of specialization.

Considering chinese aerospace companies making entry to the market and boeing's reputation goes for a nose dive I also think Alten can be a good option. Also airbus is on a hiring spree, there might be chances of getting fulltime with Airbus in 2 3 years down the line. What you guys suggest?
