Althroug Newgen provides competitive salaries and benefits, some employees might feel that their pay does not reflect their level of experience or skill.

Job Security is very good in Newgen Best salary hikes in market, Work life balance goes for a toss for most projects as their most clients are banks which expect you to work late nights and also on weekends. Nothing much to learn if you are in implementation teams as products are based on old technologies with not much of development left.

Dislikes

Work Life Balance, Managers who are also over expecting from the employees, Monotonous work with no learning making it difficult to switch, 3 months of Notice period.

...he client, sometimes might need to work on weekends with no compensatory off. 4. pay cut and no appraisals during pandemic even when the company did well with profits. 5. high attrition rate so you might be forced to work on someone else's code.

Pay package are not competitive,and the majority of business don't even make an effort to keep workers after they quit.
