They don't care about their employees once they are deployed at the client sites. You won't get the chance to work on the technology that have been promised during hiring process , hence there is a rare chance for self development. No support from HR and managers , No benefits for working on weekends and extra hours.

Just you will get the salary on time. And job security is there. But based on the licking capabilities. If you are favourite of managers then only.

The list will go on and on and on. Hr and management-: The Hr department is like beyond imagination. Suppose you raise a query then forgot that these query will even resolved or looked by someone. They think that they are giving salary from their pockets. At the end you will get frustrated and will forget about your problems. Training and KT-: See if you joining clover then consider yourself that you can handle any project without any KT as their manager even don't know what going on in the project. They will just give you tochan that you should know this and that. I joined clover as fresher but in the name of KT they told follow the seniors and ask them what they do. Skill growth and career growth-: I bet that no body will continue in the clover more than 3-4 year except some managers who consider themself very lucky that they got job in clover. Career growth will also include the salary. So I just want you to know that if you invest in some mutual fund you will get more return than the salary provide bythe clover. You have to learn each and every thing by your own. Haa, you might get some support from your seniors if they like you then only. Leaves and holiday at clover-: If you are workoaholic then you are in great place otherwise forget that holi and diwali also happen in india. What ever life you were living in college days same you have to live in clover. In the greed of compoff you want to do work on holidays but at the end you will get baba ji ka thullu. Overall experience and conclusion-: Untill and unless you are jobless, don't join clover. If you have any option rather than clover just close your eyes and go for other option. Nothing can be bad as getting job in clover.

- totally into oracle focused company not much into microsoft technologies - full support projects no development projects - management with old thinking and old strategys won't last - hire fire based on performance - once deployed on site after that no one will ask u, untill client paying monthly payment - toxic environment - no proper hierarchy of management - don't hire if u want to fire individual between 3 months - if u want to stay in market must focus on other technologys not only oracle , remember one day oracle will also finish what u will do? Begg on road?

But when it comes to salary and hike, it doesn't match your work. They will expect to do everything under small budget from us and worst management that I never seen anywhere

- it's a good company for SQL DBA and especially Oracle for freshers - if you are from Microsoft technologies and application support stay away both freshers as well experienced people. - For Microsoft technology ppl be ready to keep switching between technologies till u get deployed on site. - if u are so lucky and u get appreciation and awards and some tadka of chamchagiri u will be promoted as Team Lead(Manager) within one year( person like me spent 4 yrs to get TL position in this company lol 😀 now IDC I developed my advance skill rather than chamchagiri skills 🤣) - favouritism and bias for appraisal and promotion based on caste is on top in this company management. - UNDESERVING PEOPLE ARE GETTING PROMOTED AND PAID IN THIS COMPANY RATHER THE ONE WHO GET UR CONTRACT RENEWED BY PERFORMING WELL ON SITE - they never match with industry standard package - some of the top management misusing their power to fire an employee who spent 15 yrs in these companies and acquired customers and projects, justa big shame on top management - Chamchas can come to the office by 12 and the other one has to be present in the office by 9am? - In these company u will find people doing nothing and earning a package between 30 - 55 lacs PA while the one who work hard Passionately doesn't get paid off God bless them .. finally I m done 👍
