There is no security of your job, if you crack your client interview then well and good if not, tata bye bye anytime. There is silent layoff.

They will jst hire u on bench and will ask u to come to Mumbai then they will schedule ur interview for a client who requires more knowledge and experience than what u have. They will provide u 1 or 2 client interviews and then they will jst simply release u or terminate u with silly reasons. It is the worst company u will ever work in. They will hire u as a L1 bt at client side they will sent u as a L2<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They will take the money from the client as L2 and give u the salary of L1 only</mark>. They will continously hire people and put them on bench and release the old peoples. This cycle continously going on since last many years and they r just wasting people's time and money....Read More

- totally into oracle focused company not much into microsoft technologies - full support projects no development projects - management with old thinking and old strategys won't last - hire fire based on performance - once deployed on site after that no one will ask u, untill client paying monthly payment - toxic environment - no proper hierarchy of management - don't hire if u want to fire individual between 3 months - if u want to stay in market must focus on other technologys not only oracle , remember one day oracle will also finish what u will do?
