...ears I can say job security is there if you are doing even a little bit of work. About company policies, they change according to their need, you will get information that that about of salary will be deducted, etc.

Teammates are very helpful, you need to learn as much as you can and try to switch to another organisation as they are working on older technologies.

Team Leads are worst they donot work here neither support you . Package is just to show so much variable and bonus which you will never figure out and inhand salary is equilvalent to fresher salary of any Indian service based comapany . Noice period is three month and they provide experience letter after 45 days so even after serving notice period you need to wait for 45 days . Mumbai head is worst . Mangers expect you to work 24*7 and everthing put on you just to save their job . One time I was on leave during holi . My manger escalted me to top most people in newgen . Here there was no my fault they putted mistake of whole team on me . thats why I left the job its more than 30 days I have not received my salary of 3 months . Please I beg donot join this worst comapny . Wait and search for some other job .

...tack. There is a 3 month notice period. Very poor management. HR don't listen. Salary cuts without notice. They expect to work on weekends n overtime.No extra compensation and benefits for that. All the postive reviews on Glassdoor are fake and written by management itself. Compensation is low and below industry standard

...work-life balance. dull lightning at the work desk.not at all employee-friendly. During covid our salary was cut off and a lot of people were terminated.
