I don't like anything in this company.

... of this company(Subash) to change team, he insulted me through his harsh words. So I finally resigned but I didn't get my last month salary....so again I followed up with hr and finally they sent only half of the money from my salary. Now I joined a better company and having good time. I don't want anyone to suffer in that way...so I shared all my experience about this company.

I attended a 4-round interview, and prior to the scheduled interview, we discussed the salary. After clearing the 1st technical round, they mentioned a certain amount, to which I agreed and proceeded to the next rounds. However, after clearing all rounds, they informed me of a different amount. This kind of negotiation seemed unusual to me, and I chose not to proceed with the HR round. I believe it's important to join an organization that adheres to business ethics and keeps its word, which I felt was lacking in this case.

Work life balance is very much impacted. Continuous deduction in current salary. No variable pay out. No support at all.

People nowadays are running away from their respective responsibility , specially senior management

Just the initial pay scale offered is as per industry standards else nothing to mention.

Unprofessional work culture, hoax HR department which only listens to the senior management, no work life balance at all, weekends working, no comp. Off, typical LALA company where money comes first and employee is treated as a servant.

Salary and appraisal % are relatively above industry standards. Job security . Learning wise ok for BA who are new and want to aspire career in BFSI domain

Dislikes

Work life balance is poor. Do what client says policy. Lacks in innovation , quick improvements and adaptation as per competition or industry demands
