Site Admin thinks that he is the one and only best.He doesn't know how to behave with the Engineers and Project Manager.He calls himself Admin but doesn't know his roles and responsibilities.Although being a non-technical person he thinks that he is the best.Here the dept. people at H .O always like to bypass responsibilities whenever they are needed. There is no CL, no PL for every staff..No weekly off on sundays.If anyone wants to take leave as per his need then it becomes a huge problem for the organization. There are people present who act as informers of each and every site staff.Although they themselves good around during work.

One of the best companies yet the management is a top notch . One of the best management I have seen in my career work culture is very nice so the members and so are the boss . Respectful work place with job security

First of all they don't have S.O.P (standard operating procedure). Any one can interfere in store department. No labour appointed for store department. Jasoos(detective) like creatures keeps u surrounded every moment(like in old days owners of the company keep personal employee to look after the overall work environment and employees). In one word its just a horrible feeling working in that company. I left the company in 3 months. I put resignation within 3 months.
