The hike is decent when compared to other consulting and services IT companies. They don't ask your previous salary while calling, so you don't need to worry about your current salary when switching

Sometimes you might need to be on bench for long time. But still there company initiatives where you can work full time and improve your skills and utilization

...nee, there will be work life balance, but if you are a senior then probably not. We have calls at around 11pm in the night with the onshore team on few days , but they do pay you good salary as compensation. Loads of opportunities/ projects

Dislikes

If you do get into projects and you don't know what you are doing before hand, you will have tough time to meet deadlines on stories. Calls with onshore are pretty late in the night.

1. On bench engineers are highly pressured to work in in house projects 2. No variable pay. 3. Insurance sum insured is 3L

Work life balance is the biggest pro with diversity and availability of various roles where one can learn various technologies.

Dislikes

Have heard managers can get into micromanagement but nothing I have experienced.

Likes

nothing to be liked about as lot of internal politics happen right from bottom to top level management. The only advantage and I like about is Work From Home options and facility to use Udemy trainings is a plus. Except these every thing else sucks.

Dislikes

People never come to office to interact, every one work in silos and hardly interact with each other to build up team spirit and employee bonding. It's a one waste company to work with. Management never support employees working at client place. they ask us to handle all issues by ourselves no matter the seriousness.
