Work life balance is the biggest pro with diversity and availability of various roles where one can learn various technologies.

Have heard managers can get into micromanagement but nothing I have experienced.

The hike is decent when compared to other consulting and services IT companies. They don't ask your previous salary while calling, so you don't need to worry about your current salary when switching

Sometimes you might need to be on bench for long time. But still there company initiatives where you can work full time and improve your skills and utilization

Work Details

Work policy: There are people who hasn't seen the office for years. If you have some genuine reason they will not force you to come to office. Otherwise also you just need to show up in the office once in a week

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
