... an enormous scale which can't be done in stipulated work hours that is 9 hours. You have to do 12 hours work everyday with the same 10k salary in hand. They promise to increse salary after 6 months of employment but here I am in my 7 month with the same salary and double work load. My advice to you is PLEASE DONT JOIN NETSCRIBES. Wait for sometime more. You'll find something better than this. But don't do the mistake of joining Netscribes. It's the worst organization to work for.

Teammates are helpful but managers do no take any accountability or responsibility for any errors or mistakes i.e. if you do your work good, it's a team effort with all accountability to the mangers but if anything goes wrong the accountability lies with the juniors Not a place for freshers, 5+ experience will do really great Training is very unstructured and not at all useful The overall organization and work is very unstructured No performance benifits or any others benefits Politics between managers are too much, you just need to pick a side and you will do fine just, don't get in targetted

In my team I enjoyed a good amount of work life balance. There was monthly bonus system which was another plus, though the competition was very tough and only a handful of people would get it. Also, there was politics involved in it, evident from the same group of people getting bonuses in some teams.

Dislikes

...nt error. Work is done only by the juniors. The seniors have no work whatsoever. Their only job is perhaps to force the juniors to do extra work so that they get more bonus amounts (pls note:they would get bonus every month without having to work at all, just by fulfilling the criteria of no more than two leaves in a month. How good is that!!!). Needless to say, the learning curve is zero. Well the list of cons is pretty big! These are some of the prominent ones which I felt needed to be mentioned.

Work environment is pretty good. Timing is manageable. Training provided is understandable. Job satisfaction is not upto the mark but job security is guaranteed. Career-wise, one should not expect that he/she might learn a lot of new things as the work here, after sometime, gets monotonous. Salary is "okay" for a fresher, but the pay is "not okay" for an experienced worker. Appraisal depends on your quality and quantity of work and your relationship with the team lead, which SHOULD NOT mean you have to butter the team lead. Office politics is in every office. Try not to be a part of it. Work-life balance is satisfactory but is subjective.

The salary structure. Netscribes should improvise on its salary structure.

The tea and coffee machine was good there and the hygiene of the washroom was also good there

They will cut you out without any reason by the name of cost cutting and you will be job less in a single day without any notice. In last 1 year 5 females were getting promoted and not a single man. Because I think you know the reason. All the managers are like if you're a girl then they will help you but if you're a boy then you will get nothing. Most worst company and the management too.
