...t's a waste of time since the client interview is done post joining the company. Any escalation from the client can put your salary on hold. You might have to relocate from the originally agreed work location to the client place. Emergency leave can get you fired, they are not very understanding about such situations. Also no maternity leaves here.

Worst company i have ever worked with, Clients are also run away, this company have great-place-to-work, i don’t know from where they got it from begging. HR team also sleeping worst management i have ever seen.

I have received an offer from Capgemini with 12.5 LPA CTC (fixed component). I am currently having CTC of 9.5 LPA (9 LPA fixed + 50k variable).
