No increment was provided for employees for the past 4 years, and the management won't keep their words. Unnecessary firing of employees are more often noticed.

In covid -19 knockdown days they didn't cut my salary but they have cut my all leave's. Job security can be consider but working culture is not good of specially my plant, policies and all only Written but they are not considering any policies at ground level.

Behavior of people's is not good. They don't respecting of people's who working with honesty.

Right Now requirements Not long term vision, No plant upgradation, Salary date uncertain, Whole plant worked 28 consecutive days, including Sundays (got 2 holidays between) but not compensated. Uncertain increment / appraisal date.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...bad culture of HR department. Food condition is very bad. Manpower harassment. No bonus policy of any kind was given to any contractual manpower.
