job security is good they will not remove you until you resign. job culture is good only in HO best for freshers. you can learn lot of things here including job politics if you are manager level position try to join in camp so that you can bring all your family and neigbers to camp/site.

...ngs all his family members to compnay even they dont know minimum work things. we have to talk always managers side even they are wrong other wise they will remove us or they will deduct salary ( by not allowing paid leave even we have ) few workers getting full salary even they not came 1 day to site. ( managers relatives )

Management will Trust employees and give us responsibilities to all equally.

Management will not give value for old employees, because of new employees are getting much salary package, even old employees are not getting these much.

One of the wrost Company i have ever seen in my 6 year experience. There is no management infact no one knows meaning of management. And talking about project incharge they are duffer, uneducated, unskilled. 30 years of experience employees way of talking, management is just like Zero.

Everything, Salary after 3 month, working hours minimum 14 to 16 hours per day, no respect of employees.

Don't join NCC in Bangalore Zone if you're hard worker ...NCC don't know how to treat with Hardworker employees. If you achieved 100% of targets which is given by your project in-charge, still you will get nothing, ... Appreciation, appraisal, & increament is very low ( JE- INR 2500/- , AE - 3000/- ).... Hardworker Employees & Kamchor Employees get equal increament ( Maximum 10% of Basic ) which is most worst thing ever..
