No proper support from team or team leaders, HR team not resolved your work Problem. No festival holidays Received like , Diwali, Holi, Makar Sakranti, Rakhi, no holiday option, Working hours has 10-12 Hours. ,It is not expected in MNC.

Company is really great in terms of work life balance except few months (4-5 months) employee centered organisation, Monetary Benefits are best in industry, 5 day working (except in season where you have to work for 7 days a week even on public holidays) ,Free Snacks and Gaming area.

...ent has to focus on providing appropriate trainings otherwise it won’t work .. employee turnover will always be high irrespective of how much you pay.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
