Good company.only problem I found out is less salary and career growth. the reputation and job security makes this company to be on high demand for working. And the facilities given by them are very high. Some manager politics are the problem for the less career growth

The organisation offered the work from home option but it should extend it for 6 more months to ensure the medical well-being of the employees

Dislikes

...that they offered the WFH option. The leadership was clueless of the situation . The organisation instead of ensuring financial well-being continued on its path of cost cutting however they were able to save a lot of money through work from home situation. The managers denied late night shifts in order to cut down on the allowances saying it came from top management. The organisation didn't care about the financial well being , they should have given some allowances during this period but still they did nothing.

In my 8 years experience, haven't seen technical managers like here in my project. Though I deeply understand it all depends on project but being technical is one of the forte of this company.

Dislikes

Promotion cycles depends on Project basis and not on company wide so if you going to another project and you are already nominated for promotion then it might get cancelled.
