I have worked in many departments all are so good but the Portfolio department of the company that have just Indian managers and laeders have extreme work pressure, great retention rate, micromanagement, office politics and the overall work environment is very toxic. 2. ...romoted, actual work is not valued. They do not hire people at proper positions. they try to take experienced candidates and with high pay in lower grades and then later during appraisal cycle candidates do not get hike as they already cross the limit for that position.
