...ementation. Upskilling is fine but cannot have inclusive approach in upskilling. All benefits offered as free earlier are now part of total pay . Gurgaon folks attitude towards chennai folks in many teams definitely raise eyebrows on diversity

1. I have worked in many departments all are so good but the Portfolio department of the company that have just Indian managers and laeders have extreme work pressure, great retention rate, micromanagement, office politics and the overall work environment is very toxic. 2. Just look for which department you're going to work for. Otherwise, the company is literally awesome.

...tly over time, but I feel that my compensation hasn’t been adjusted accordingly. With added tasks and higher expectations, I believe my salary should better reflect the increased workload and contributions I’m making to the team.

They try to invest in new technology. They work as one team, India teams are not treated separately.

Dislikes

...romoted, actual work is not valued. They do not hire people at proper positions. they try to take experienced candidates and with high pay in lower grades and then later during appraisal cycle candidates do not get hike as they already cross the limit for that position.
