1. Work life balance has been tossed up for a while now. 2. Promotions are really hard to get. 3. Too much governance and control oriented makes employees run out of steam while trying to keep up with deliveries. 4. Agile being followed, but management tend to overlook Agile principles at their will.

Growth is slow. Upper management is very old and have no vision or skill. People on lower level are hardworking but they are not recognized. Job security in NatWest markets is terrible. People are being fired.

1. I have worked in many departments all are so good but the Portfolio department of the company that have just Indian managers and laeders have extreme work pressure, great retention rate, micromanagement, office politics and the overall work environment is very toxic. 2. Just look for which department you're going to work for. Otherwise, the company is literally awesome.
