...romoted, actual work is not valued. They do not hire people at proper positions. they try to take experienced candidates and with high pay in lower grades and then later during appraisal cycle candidates do not get hike as they already cross the limit for that position.

The company provides exceptional work life balance. There are no problems in leaves with very less work pressure. It's a smooth and chill workspace.

Growth opportunities are very few and the ones which come have very less pay hike.

Most of leadership is based in UK which can impact managerial experience, pay can improve, increment is average (7-10%), less f;exibility to move across different departments.

You will get a very good WLB, with minimum work pressure compare to other companies. Very friendly environment, with decent pay. Best company for women and married people.

The lack of genuine recognition or meaningful benefits further exacerbates the dissatisfaction.
