I no more work for this Institution as there are too many drawbacks. No its not at all a healthy place to work, neither career wise or health wise.

...specific working hours, forcing the teachers to work for 10 to 12 hours or more. Neither good salary nor increments. Over burden of work. Teachers are forced to do admissions and targets are set, non fulfilling the targets you will be threatened to get sacked at any point even if you are one of the best performing teachers. They only specify on their syllabus and neglect other vital subjects and cbse norms. And the major part is, if you want to leave the organisation then they wont give you the last months salary even if you have served the notice period.

There is nothing secure here either work culture , job security, salary on time , no promotion. one thing is perfect here that is caller buttering and polishing of higher authority to secure their job only and nothing else. Horrible and toxic work culutre. I felt burn out here. In future i suggest do not join narayana.

Unprofessional dean and centrehead.no leaves are allowed. no salary hikes No right to speak.No proper HR policies. If someone likes all these can join there.

All management are corporate gundas. They donot know the value of a good teacher. Emi based heads are sitting there

... also in the cases of long zoom calls/classes you need to burn your mobile data. Employees starting from their teacher to clerks are frustrated due to their huge work pressure and low pay. i would request every one to enquire thoroughly from managements/HR prior joining.

There's nothing to say. Our job security and salary is purely based on principal not on HR. If you want to join Narayana, then Join for Best salary otherwise definitely you'll regret.
