Company has big ambitions and goals that they want to achieve compromising the employees.

Dislikes

After an employee resigns they do not pay his salary of his notice period or full and final amount. Just false promises. After a point they will stop picking your calls or replying to your emails. They will tell you that they pay a variable amount that is cut every month from your salary which will be paid lump sum after 1 year, but when you complete the 1 year mark they pay you nothing. Salary can be credited on 10th or 20th or 30th or next month, you will never know. They do not care about their employees. They just want to randomly hire and randomly lay off.

Employees are left in constant financial uncertainty, and the workplace is a mess of office politics, micromanagement, and chaos because there’s no clear leadership. When employees quit, they often leave with unpaid dues. The recent closure of Ascend International left around 70-80 workers without pay for more than seven months. The General Manager, Balaji Sir, conveniently avoids the office to dodge questions about the growing debt and overdue salaries. People are forced to work long hours without any formal leave policy or recognition, and the toxic work culture just makes everything worse. Promises of change are made, but they are always empty—nothing ever changes.
