Resigning employees are flat-out robbed of their dues—no notice period pay, no final settlement, and no response to your calls or emails. Forget about leave policies, overtime, or even basic legal rights like the Provident Fund. Performance reviews and raises? Dream on. With a clueless, detached management team, this place is a sinking ship, and you're just a lifeboat waiting to sink.

Company has big ambitions and goals that they want to achieve compromising the employees.

After an employee resigns they do not pay his salary of his notice period or full and final amount. Just false promises. After a point they will stop picking your calls or replying to your emails. They will tell you that they pay a variable amount that is cut every month from your salary which will be paid lump sum after 1 year, but when you complete the 1 year mark they pay you nothing. Salary can be credited on 10th or 20th or 30th or next month, you will never know. They do not care about their employees. They just want to randomly hire and randomly lay off.

...n them please give my salary. There is no appraisal, don't expect the appraisal. They'll deduct the variable pay but after one year they'll won't pay this is biggest minus. If you work more than 8 hours they won't pay for that time.
