No support, no proper management, not even product manager communicated with fresher i.e juniors only listens to seniors, highly toxic, not good for everyone, it will spoil mental health and personal peace, As a former employee I went through depression due to the product manager and seniors of java team, out work is not even recognised by any one even we worked till 2.30 at night, salaries were always late, till we didn't get provident fund for last years, they don't even know the software culture and they will not respect you and your work, I'm so much happy to leave this company...Read More

The major drawbacks of working in Nala Robotics is the prevalence of Internal politics,which can create toxic environment. Additionally, the absence of a well-defined mission and vision structure leaves employees feeling directionless. Instead of fostering innovation & Technologies, some leaders are more focused on advancing their own positions. Furthermore, The lack of emphasis on recognizing and rewarding employees for their hard work contributes to a sense of disengagement. the pervasive culture of micro-Management exacerbates these issues,making it challenging for employees to thrive in such an environment. last but not least "Salary disbursements and lack of timely creditation. Internal politics runs rampant, while employees are micromanaged to the point of suffocation. The lack of clear direction leaves teams fumbling in the dark, with no sense of purpose or strategy. Delayed or even partial salary payments are the norm, and the promises of "variable pay" are as elusive as a mirage in the desert. Resigning employees are left high and dry, with their full salaries and notice period pay often withheld, despite legal entitlements. Company has big ambitions and goals that they want to achieve compromising the employees.

After an employee resigns they do not pay his salary of his notice period or full and final amount. Just false promises. After a point they will stop picking your calls or replying to your emails. They will tell you that they pay a variable amount that is cut every month from your salary which will be paid lump sum after 1 year, butwhen you complete the 1 year mark they pay you nothing. Salary can be credited on 10th or 20th or 30th or next month, you will never know. They do not care about their employees. They just want to randomly hire and randomly lay off....Read More

Salary, you don't know when it'll come. Internal politics and Favourism. Very poor management and management in India is even worse. Neither management nor teams are clear about their goals, every week new project and every 15 days some sort of demo (without any development). No work life balance. Appraisal - Don't know, it'll happen or not.
