...e a battle. Salaries are a game of chance—delayed, partial, or never fully paid. The much-hyped "variable pay" is nothing more than a cruel joke, disappearing after a year. Resigning employees are left high and dry, with no salary, no notice period pay, and no response to their desperate calls. There’s no leave policy, long hours with no overtime, and legal obligations like Provident Fund are completely ignored. Performance reviews and raises? Non-existent. With disengaged management and a culture of instability, it’s a toxic playground where only the strongest survive.

... are a joke—delayed, chopped up, and often unpaid, leaving employees scrambling. They lure you in with promises of "variable pay," but after a year, you get nothing. Resigning employees are flat-out robbed of their dues—no notice period pay, no final settlement, and no response to your calls or emails. Forget about leave policies, overtime, or even basic legal rights like the Provident Fund. Performance reviews and raises? Dream on. With a clueless, detached management team, this place is a sinking ship, and you're just a lifeboat waiting to sink.

Very friendly culture is there.

...n them please give my salary. There is no appraisal, don't expect the appraisal. They'll deduct the variable pay but after one year they'll won't pay this is biggest minus. If you work more than 8 hours they won't pay for that time.

Nothing to like about the company, only dislikes

Dislikes

...rked by internal politics, micromanagement, and a complete absence of direction. Employees often face delayed or incomplete salary payments, with promises of variable pay going unfulfilled. Those who resign are left without their full salary or notice period pay. The company has no formal leave policy, and employees are expected to work long hours without overtime compensation. Additionally, Nala Robotics fails to contribute to the Provident Fund, violating labor laws. Performance reviews and salary hikes are rare, contributing to low employee morale. Management is disengaged and lacks a clear vision, leading to a high turnover rate and financial instability. The workplace culture is unresponsive to employee needs, with little recognition or support for hard work, leaving many employees feeling disrespected and undervalued. Overall, Nala Robotics is an unpredictable and unsatisfactory place to work, with little regard for employee well-being or legal obligations.

Nothing to say about likes, because all of them are dislikes only

.... Salaries? Think of them as a lottery — delayed, partial, or completely absent. The promised “variable pay” might as well be called “variable disappointment,” as employees are still waiting after a year. Resigning? Good luck getting your full salary or notice period pay — it's like playing hide and seek with your paycheck, and you're not winning. Forget leave policies or overtime pay; long hours are your new best friend. As for the Provident Fund? It’s more like a Provident “Forget.” Performance reviews? Only if you’re lucky. With disengaged management and no clear strategy, it's no surprise that turnover rates are high, and morale is low. In short, Nala Robotics is the corporate equivalent of a circus — without the fun.
