It's a company being run by husband wife and their relatives. Lot of cheating in salary. They deduct monthly tax but do not give to govt. In form 16, this is caught and at last employee had to pay double tax.

... down and m sure because of them soon Nagarro will be scrambling over nothing. It's good in terms of salary, hike and other monetary benefits but if you talk about good projects and learning trust me they have nothing.

Everything except pay hell stupid management , manager is quite demeanour. she doesn’t even know the oracle terminology and doesn’t know how to talk .. if i talk about module leaders ohhh my god, no knowledge trust me 0 knowledge . Yes ! manager (She) do back shit a lot ... Meher Madhurima at least support women in their hard times, you really need to learn a lot and Harvinder get a good training material else you will be in Nagarro forever because none is hiring you for your 0 knowledge. They really don't have a single Oracle fusion project and they are doing RFPs for ages that's it. They hire HCM resources so that they can learn and give them 100% hikes,

Nagarro has always been employee centeric organization, during the Covid crisis also the culture remain intact. Emloyes are allowed to Work from home from very first day. Special Corona management team is formed to support employee infected with virus. Job safety remains as company growing continuously.

Dislikes

Nagarro did the salary deduction during the covid time for 6 month for all empoyees, it was good decision as it helps the organization to retain the employee on bench. But the deduction doesn't seems to be completely compensated during the appraisal.

1. No trainings are provided, just given a MooC link, which has terrible content 2. Program/Account directors are too controlling and interfering and micro manage every Project management task 3. Being a mid-sized 'Indian' company, policies are very strict and bureaucratic in nature, like less than 8 hours a day attendance means half day absent 4. There is no need for Project Manager in this organization, they hire PMs only to serve as a landing ground for customer's and team's criticism
