Due to a few exceptional and their drastic cum dramatic management who don’t even know 1% of cloud fusion Oracle practice is really slowing down and m sure because of them soon Nagarro will be scrambling over nothing. It's good in terms of salary, hike and other monetary benefits but if you talk about good projects and learning trust me they have nothing.

Everything except pay hell stupid management , manager is quite demeanour. she doesn’t even know the oracle terminology and doesn’t know how to talk .. if i talk about module leaders ohhh my god, no knowledge trust me 0 knowledge . Yes ! manager (She) do back shit a lot ... Meher Madhurima at least support women in their hard times, you really need to learn a lot and Harvinder get a good training material else you will be in Nagarro forever because none is hiring you for your 0 knowledge. I think Nagarro is unique company, you learn and earn. The only problem is their rigidness they don't welcome back to home. You left them you will not be considered ever.

Dislikes

The only problem with Nagarro is that they don't allow back to home, you left you won*t be considered again. I think they should be bit flexible and it will help them because it will help them person gaining experience meanwhile. You didn't consider me but please be flexible for others, I still like love nagarro for what I gained there.
