I loved its work culture they always welcome new ideas also gave recognition for the given idea and implemented in company.

Dislikes

What I don't like about it that compensation is good but in terms of carrier growth it wasn't going well for me. Also because of few employees politics started taking places and the best part is the team superior was also giving full support to the politics, work became a show off things. Staying late in office considered as hardwork however the employees finishing off their work on time were not even able to justify their work. There is lot of things which made me complete negative not for company but to my work. I would again say that company is good but because of few superior heads all good employees are finding some better place to work.

Right now only one thing is good that is wfh and that too only for some people

Dislikes

...leave then 5% of your ctc is cut - poor work life balance avg working hours are 14-15, will be extended on project release - no salary hike on promotion - 2 days paternity leave only - no good tech projects mostly consulting projects where you work with other companies as external consultant on payroll of nagarro - no policy to change project if you r dissatisfied, only policy on paper but rejected everytime - HR does not even care to reply on queries

...ery good working culture and you can really balance your personal and work life. The salary and benefits are also commendable.

The projects could be a problem sometime along with upper management.

Salary on time Senior Management is supportive.

Dislikes

Middle Management Beurocratic mindset No process outlay and very lament approach when execution required. Few are working very hard and others are like parasites feeding upon their work. Process differs as per the convenience of Middle management.

Likes

On time salary. Motivation to learning. Work from home or hybrid work culture.

Dislikes

Too many variables in salary structure. Very low appraisal after postponing it for 6 months. HRs are not supportive. Some project leads/ teams are partial and too much internal politics. No job security as silent layoffs are happening for over more than a year.
