Everything will be fine but there will not salary hike and promotion there. They might not getting enough projects to work on therefore unable to provide projects to employee and shift to bench and hence to the way of layoff.

No appraisal. Sudden layoffs. Threats of poor review on experience letter. Doesn't have good projects. Management is extremely poor. Favoritism can be seen.

Not as expected appraisals or promotions No benefits beside salary No to not as expected allowances for extra time, rotational shifts, working on fixed holidays. Less to no growth opportunities. Even HR doesn’t care enough to get us better learning opportunities.

...'s great here funfriday and other activities are organized by HR time to time. Compare to other organization they have better salary structure and appraisal system and they have good scheme to save tax also

If you are in L2 support then you have to put effort by your self to learn and develop skill. Nagarro have complicated structure to get access for learning platform like udemy ,pluralsight etc.They revoke your access if you will me inactive there for long. No joining Bonus If you are in support project you have to work in weekend (rotation basis) for which you will get compoff and even festival time also but for that they will give you holiday allowance with your salary after deducting tax Mostly you will have shift allwoance in europe market but for Asia they dnt have.
