Higher Management: Your efforts won't get recognised, Projects: Freshers won't get exposed to client, Learnings: There is no specific Classroom traing will be provided it completely deponds on how you learn from online. Free Food, Free Transport because of Microsoft project. Mindtree doesn't give you anything for free not even a company bag or T-Shirt.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Discrimination in rating, H1B processing, no fun, very bad attitude of managers, never pay SLA bonus on time, They don't give you last year's SLA bonus if you resign. Bench policy is getting worse because of HR's poor attitude.
