Company has a latest technology in terms of machines and has a variety of machines from forging to assembly which gives a broad exposure to employee which can not be taken at a single site. Musashi is manufacturing parts for two and four wheelers which are directly use on line in OEMS means it is best in quality too. Its really a matter of proud to work there.

I left the company just because of compensation benefits otherwise I loved it and ll love as it was my first company.

...ment is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
