High work pressure. Salary is too less. Corrupted management. Managementis playing many fraud things to not give sufficient salary to the employees and taking many contract people as labour in order to avoid the allowance n pf. Worst culture. They are only focus on output. They are not take care of how the employees work. Not giving any facilities to the employees. And forced to attend the training classes after work. Forcing to do double duty if the manpower is not enough
