MRF gives job security in a manner that they wouldn't fire anyone who works there. BUT there is a little growth opportunity for Msc candidates anywhere in Mrf. But this firm is a good platform for those who seek job experience.

Work Timing and working hours., Grade change is delayed. Msc, Bsc and Diploma candidates are considered to be on the same grade with same salary which is not acceptable for Msc. Graduates who has spent a lot of effort in pursuing their post graduation. Another Sick thing in MRF is that the above said consideration will not change and they will simply stick to the terms which was established before Jesus christ himself. Please don't choose this company (only forMsc.Chemistry male candidates) and save yourself.

...any mrf plants for me your career in mrf otherwise u will regret in your career. career exposure is less for diploma and salary hike is also less if jump to another company. if there is not intrested in higher studies and comfortable at this package and negligible growth then u can choose mrf
