Very worst organisation They don't pay single rupee while we r on bench We r on project also we don't get any variable benefits Basically there are no projects in company When we r leaving company as we r not freshers also they are throwing us Charges for getting relieving letter also from company I don't recommend this company at all

I didn't like anything. It's not very bad place to work either. Just you will carry so much dissatisfaction.

We don't have any salary increments or promotions in last 2 years. They didn't even pay our variable pay. Bench policies are below average. Communication with employees is almost very less.

...(Walgreen boots ) Felt like contractual employee every 2 months SOW approval . 1 month on bench after that salary is half After 2 months no salary .

...is very bad company.if you have start your career choose any other organization.Getting very less salary as fresher.increment also not giving that much.people are stuck on one technology or production means technical growth is very less.

Company is good in terms of working culture.In porject we are working very old langauge we can pitch user for new language and technology but they are happy with what they have. So employee technical growth going to stuck.
