...rking late at night l ..i fell ill severely due to this shit of an organization. Not to mention the extremely low and bad salary policy they have.Only liked the HR policies to some extent. Really Horrible and Traumatizing experience.Please Don't ever join or work with this organization ever in your life.

Got to learn a lot. Made me very confident in regards with working on computer. Work environment is good and people are helpful.

Dislikes

Too much work pressure. Not enough pay for the work that you are doing. However the new hires are getting good package. Work life imbalance.

Likes

Colleagues are fun, free coffee, dominos and starbucks on campus. Team leaders and managers are fun, will take you on team outings, wont let you pay for food and beverages. Free transportation after 9pm. Cafeteria is reasonable but no coupons and discounts for level1 employees.

Dislikes

Work pressure, rotational shifts including 3rd shift for a very less pay. Also, your colleagues will have a higher pay than you even though you got recruited the same day and zero experience. The management won't take any actions on this even if you go upfront about this.

Flexible working hours, Skill development internal platforms or training tools, Self awareness sessions organised by HRBPs

Dislikes

1. No Salary increment from last 4 years in any department, 2. Multiple manager hierarchy, 3. Unnecessary internal PF process, 4. Benefits like Internet bill reimbursement are only on paper, 5. Rude hiring HRs (Negotiate as higher as possible while joining only, because once you join in- you'll not get anything) 6. Unskilled managers or management (not all but some), 7. Appreciations happen only on email, the rewards system (money based) stopped from Q1 2023, you'll get certificates to post on social media/LinkedIn 😁 8. Quarterly bonus will be received only if "whole team" performs better & if your client is 100% happy. Else, forget it. (It doesn't matter how smart/hard you worked

it is all you luck if you are in good project and team members, you will get chance to enhance your skills, they are few Big clients Mphasis have where the project and work is going more than 10-15 years, will go on at least another 5 years. decent mid-size IT company,

... hike , most of them did not receive any pay hike or rise for 3 years in a row they don't give variable pay as promised No promotions, typical service based worst bench policy company growth is very slow, not many big clients are not adding
