...still no where .... looking for job but not able to apply in mphasis .... huh .. reason is simple!! Salary .. I won't get job where I learnt more n simply no salary increment...

Only positive thing is u will get salary on time.

If u r working in IT dept. They don't have projects in Mumbai location, so if client contract gets terminated u will end up lossing ur job. They will simply release u from company.

...u have good skills by applying ijp( internal job posting) you get to learn . Salary wise: for freshers get low salary but good job security n get to learn For experience it's awesome. Get good package.

Awesome friendly environment. Employee oriented company. 99% u will have job security. Appraisal are not good being a service company. Shift allowance is 250 rs irrespective of shifts. Bench policy is also good for 4months with respect to your ratings. People don't leave company Because of company policies . They leave it because of there directly reporting Managers.

Dislikes

Salary Growth is very less.Apprisals are very less. If u stay in the company for longer period it becames Ur drawbacks. Rest all is good.

No salary hikes from past 5 years. No promotions. If you ask, they will tell you that please change company. We are in loss. Others companies are firing their employees. But, we are not.
