Job security is good in mphasis and worklife balance is good. Management and work culture is excellent. Compensation and benefits of employee is okay.

Dislikes

Mphasis is good place to work and there is no dislike from my side. Only one unsatisfaction from my side is salary and less hikes.

...sed and the management is transparent. There are a huge cafeteria and gaming . Company policies are excellent, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. On the job training is not given to new joins.

Less hikes. partiality for the freshers hired from campus have a nice package where as engineers hired from off campus will get a less package.And they won't try to normalise it even after years of bond completion..it is a draw back for off campus people irrespective of their performance as long as they r in mphasis.

...ich offers a little bit of job security, but they don't have much good projects. Salary is lower than the market standards. They give good VPP every quarter.

Dislikes

When the project is ramped down, they will push you into any project in front of them be it a support role with rotational shifts. For client location employees, no benefits and they pay less as compared to other service based companies.
