Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

1. Project and project domain(banking) was good. i have learnt some new while working on this project 2. Teammates was good and supportive.

Dislikes

...d not supportive with the employees(specially if you are at client location). 2.Compensation/Appraisal is very very less, you worked very good, average or bad hike will be the same for all and that is also 3-5%. Compensation is not based on your performance. 3. Work pressure is always high. (depend on project) sometimes you have to work for more than 10 hours for daily basis even on weekends also. 4. There is no on-job training for freshers. 5. No cultural or sport or any other activities if you are at client location. 6. No appreciation if you are working really good for the project. 7. You can tell your problems/concerns to HR and management but you will never get solution. 8. No proper man management for project.

Literally nothing, can't even give tissue paper, to take some office supplies u need to go to different building, wifi doesn't work in the office

Dislikes

No promotion, will make u work long hours, no perks, no salary hike, got acquired from another company, didn't wanted to join but no choice had to serve the notice period, no promotion for 2 years

Dislikes

No Promotions, same salary for 3 years and variable was cut off completely for 2 quarters and for other quarters it's not full variable pay

No Hikes, More Work but same salary, Worst Higher Management they don't value your contributions at all. your nothing for them at last treat like very bad. Learn & get experience and leave as soon as possible.
