Very bad promotions and salary hikes Even if you are a top performer it doesn't matter much when it comes to salary hikes, specially for freshers.

Likes

You will get exposed to different kinds of projects. For freshers it is a great place to upskill.

Dislikes

Compensation is very less. Company should focus on retaining their old employee rather than hiring new freshers. Lots of experienced employees have left this company because of that.

Likes

You will get high amount of job security. You will get the salary on time even before 28 of every month. Highly educated professionals.

Dislikes

IT engineers are very slow, you have to wait a bit longer if you want any help from IT. Very few options for trending technologies more in to embedded.

1. Manager doesn't care about your technology interest. I was working on Java for 2 years for client & suddenly Manager was expecting to do task in python. Even though I informed him about my technology interest but he didn't listen. I had to resign. 2. Salary, bonus, promotion are very low. You will get 2-3% hike only. On top of that, manager expects performance from you. 3. In the COVID-19 time, there was no policy for WFH, telecom expense reimbursement policy. They were sleeping. 4. Inexperience people has given important roles. I was partially played team lead role when I had just 2 years of experience. Handled a team of 4 people. 5. It's like a government job. Even if you feel you are doing same repetitive work & want to switch to different project, you can't do that. Manager will not release you. "Internal Job Posting" is a myth. 6. No transportation (for Mysore location), No work anniversary email, no birthday email. 7. Unprofessional way of talking. Immense pressure will be transferred to you & expects high performance from day 1.

Good for growth and development, learning for everyone is on top. Many opportunities for onsite, culture of premises is very good.

Dislikes

Overall good for growth and development, but in terms of hike, money, compensation, nothing we can demand and if any chance anyone will get hike that will be negligible.
