I work for a big four company.. Still I can say mphasis is the best.. The support, the atmosphere, the people, staff and hr support mangers support all I can say is that it is the best best place to work... Peace. Even wen my log out was at 2.30 .. I would still stay der.. Cause it was never like hell feelings.

Dislikes

Salary, hike is the only problem. Still if u think that u dont have work life balance... U can choose mphasis.. Cause I had more time for my personal life as well as I work... I used to cover my work out, morning walk, watch TV, play game, go out meet friends still I reach my office on time...

...t of Rd. Manager's partiality is very high . Reallocation every time from Pune . From same employee they don't ask and joining is included in every month pay slips. No shift allowance for working in night shift as well. just for even less pay to get experience we can work here. My recommendation to avoid. I don't know about others job role but. They paid from client. But they don't give any benefit. Pf is very low they deposit very less.

I had been working with mphasis from 2.5 year since I joined I siding get any benifits apart from salary and management as worst TL’s (Geethamma SH, SriRanjini,Saravanan) are behave like managers and they won’t let employees to work peacefully. HR (Ashwini david) also worst like anything she won’t bother about employees concern. Overall not at all good experience.

...pany is only good to start the career. Just survive for 1 or 2 years and switch. Company provides a cab transport but it get deducted from salary. No appraisal and increments.

The company policies are not good. Working hours are always extended Overall staff is good . If you are fresher it's good join for 1 or 2 years for experience and then quit.

Everything very long delay in cab . Salary is very less. And employee contribution they deduct from your salary. Employer contribution is very less 30% example : they deduct 1500 from your salary they will deposit 450 to your pf account. Very less u can't save more money in pf account no hikes less than 10% no shift allowance. They say that they will give performance incentive less than 1000rs or 1000 . No free food and for morning shift cab they deduct 1000rs for cab . Totally no growth.
