*There is less politics as compares to other companies. *Very friendly environment on the floor. *Supportive managers (at least for me). *Work burden is not much, work life balance is good. *Growth is not very hard. If you are just a bit above average, growth is for sure.

Dislikes

*Cab facilities are pathetic. *Initial salary during hiring is too low (esp for freshers). *The HR believes in hiring freshers for the sake of cutting costs and when project deadlines are not met, everyone is grilled, please hire experienced and sensible people if you want to reach project deadlines keeping accuracy in mind. *Learning is not very much. repetitative work.

Likes

For the early phase company provided additional amount as Hardship allowances in the salary which really helped me to do some food donations and other things. I worked more than working hours to meet my goals and then have donated other remaining money to needy people.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike. Everytime I entered I felt secure.

...that great. Lot you can learn in this company as different processes are there . Salary in time . Great infrastructure and very spacious office. Team mate satisfactory but exceptions not to forget about

Technical team was not that great .lack co ordination .Nor the production team. Lack coordination with the technical team. did not meet my expectation.as for the exit hr team they need lot of development in regard to their exit policy and need lot of coordination with various dept for smooth exit .

Dislikes

Considering tenure employees and experience need to pay attention on scale as per market standards which is potential drawback. Being higher outside they need to pay attention on stay back experience employees.

Literally nothing, can't even give tissue paper, to take some office supplies u need to go to different building, wifi doesn't work in the office

Dislikes

No promotion, will make u work long hours, no perks, no salary hike, got acquired from another company, didn't wanted to join but no choice had to serve the notice period, no promotion for 2 years
