There is nothing good here, join only if there is no other offer and better work options, It's not at all a good place to work as company doesn't care for its employees growth in any manner like professional career or salary/incentive,.all that matters to the company is make more profit at any cost

No salary revision for 3 years in a row making employees unhappy. Shift allowance policy is bad compared to industry standards. Bench policy worst with sabattucal from 2nd month onwards on bench.

1. No Salary increment from last 4 years in any department, 2. Multiple manager hierarchy, 3. Unnecessary internal PF process, 4. Benefits like Internet bill reimbursement are only on paper, 5. Rude hiring HRs (Negotiate as higher as possible while joining only, because once you join in- you'll not get anything) 6. Unskilled managers or management (not all but some), 7. Appreciations happen only on email, the rewards system (money based) stopped from Q1 2023, you'll get certificates to post on social media/LinkedIn 😁 8. Quarterly bonus will be received only if "whole team" performs better & if your client is 100% happy. Else, forget it. (It doesn't matter how smart/hard you worked

...id reasons. There is no cab or food or shift allowance. Not recommended to join. No variable pay from 3 years and no hike so always assume salary less than your CTC. They also hold salary at the time of exit so beware. Minor laptop issue then they ask to pay for full laptop price. Pretty much a chindi company avoid at all cost.
