Being a very big company, no perk or benifits. Insurance policy sucks, you may need to pay a significant amount if you need a better one.

Good for Middle Level Resources as you get to learn the new skills in a production environment while working with the clients onsite. Chances of getting on to the payroll of the clients. However, chances are bleak(may not be even 5%).

Dislikes

Not good for senior resources. Hikes are not given even after 3 years. Besides this, variable pay will be deducted on play of number game. Resources will not have any recognition as the resources will be outsourced to work at client place. DO NOT expect anything other than Net salary (excluding variable pay). No yearly hikes, elevations. Chances of luring with a tantalizing bait of overseas opportunity which of course would never happen. Grateful for the opportunity given yet not a satisfactory journey.

Everything No project in hyderabad No hikes last 3 years Worst bench policy, bench will start once ur release initiated though ur in project . 1st two months full salary, 3,4th half salary and then no salary till I get project. My best suggestion is please ask 3x or 4times salary and then join here otherwise don't join. No canteen in sky view building Another worst is transport team, they don't know hyd routing

They are good at giving hike while hiring people. When you join they will approach you well and tag you in project by putting more efforts.

Dislikes

...will treat you like a hell, there bench policy is worst, no job security at all. After come onto bench they will pay only 2 months after that they will cut off your pay 50% and after 4 months on bench 0% pay. No job security at all, also they will never approach you to get the project same as they did at the initial phase.

waste , nothing much, they dont pay salary more than 2 months in bench ( this applicable even during the normal condition )

Mphasis bench policy is really worst, and the RMG doesnt give u any projects, mphasis pay you only 2 month salary when you are in bench with full pay, then 2 months half pay. this policy is always ( even if the market is in good condition ) NO scope of learning and growth, salary hike will be 2 to 3 % every year, dont join Mphasis, it will make you forget your existing technical skills
